At My Golden Lanka, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Sri Lanka.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Sri Lanka only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Processing time may be longer (up to 10–14 business days) for:
    • Large or bulk orders
    • Custom or made-to-order products
    • Items that need to be imported from China after the order is placed
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We use reliable courier services to deliver your orders.

Above LKR 50,000 Free Shipping 3 – 7 business days


Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Colombo & Western Province: 2 – 5 business days after dispatch
  • Other Districts: 4 – 8 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or remote locations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for imported items)
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

If there is a significant delay, we will keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and products.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please inform us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay for reshipping.
